We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods or new collection launches.

Europe & UAE: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays, which are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $350. Delivery begins Fall 2026.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
