Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $350 USD.
Orders under $350 USD: standard shipping is $35 USD.

Dispatch

In-stock pieces ship from Hong Kong within 3 days.
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces ship on the timeline shown on each product page.

Processing may take longer during sale periods or new collection launches.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. For example, the EU, UK, USA, Canada and Thailand apply import charges to orders from Hong Kong. If you are unsure what applies to you, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
